Creating Redlines

The following section shows you how to generate redlines for contracts, clauses and defined terms.

note

You must first bookmark the contracts, clauses and defined terms you wish to redline.

caution

Redlining long contracts may be prevented to maintain the performance of the platform.

  1. Navigate to the contracts, clauses or defined terms tab of your bookmarks.

  2. Click the item you would like to redline and select Redline. This item will be the 'original' version for the redline.

  3. In the menu, select the item you would like to compare the original to. This will be the 'modified' version for the redline.

  4. Your redline will be generated and displayed.
