If you use Rulation Teams, the account holder is the person or entity that setup the Rulation Teams account pursuant to the Terms of Service (the "Account Holder") and an end user is a person who is invited and linked to the Rulation Teams account by the Account Holder (an "End User"). Account Holder's may have their own additional privacy policies that apply to their End Users. End Users are encouraged to request and review the Account Holder's privacy policy as applicable.
What information does the Company collect?
In connection with providing the Website to you, the Company may collect the following information:
- Account related information, including: (i) your email address, name, telephone number, business name and address; and (ii) your settings and preferences, such as communication preferences or display themes. The Website from time-to-time may allow account creation and use of the Website through a third-party social login service, in which case we may also obtain basic account information related to you through such service in accordance with its terms and policies for the purposes of administering your account.
- Payment information, including payment method details, billing addresses and your transactions related to the Website.
- Usage data, including account usage pattern and interactions with features or services of the Website, such as the amount of content that you download from the Website.

Requests will be reviewed and responded to on a commercially reasonable basis and in accordance with the data retention policy described below. You may opt out of marketing communications through the account settings page or from following the unsubscribe link located within marketing emails. Certain email communication containing personal account updates or security information are not related to your opt out preference due to their critical nature. How is your information accessed and shared?

If you use Rulation Teams, the Account Holder can set and view the emails and names of End Users.
How is your information secured?
The Company takes commercially reasonable steps to protect your information in accordance with industry standards. Measures include: (i) internal limitations on which personnel can access specific information in certain situations; (ii) employee awareness guidance on the appropriate privacy procedures; (iii) encryption of data during storage and transmission; (iv) engaging appropriate specialized providers for sensitive matters, such as payment processing; (v) utilizing technological tools to prevent unauthorized access, including firewalls, access controls, multi-factor authentication, encrypted access keys and authorized hardware restrictions. The Company is unable to warrant the security of your information despite the reasonable security measures employed.
Use of Cookies.
The Website makes use of cookie technology, which are small text files containing unique identification data stored on a visitor’s computer by their web browser. Cookies may be used by the Company, or by authorized third-party service providers of the Company, to store your preferences, session information, or to collect certain technical information. If you use Rulation Teams, the Account Holder may have the ability to delete End User information.

The Company may act as a data controller when it: (i) collects information to register and administer your account (for example, information such as your name or email address); (ii) monitors usage and technical information from the Website; (iii) sends communications to you or manages your contact information or history; or (iv) handles inquiries, requests and feedback.
