In order to get started, make sure you've created a Rulation account.

  • If you need to create an account, you can register to start a free trial.

The easiest way to get started using Rulation is by using the main search bar on the home page to find the contracts, clauses, or defined terms you need.

Downloading Contracts & Search Results​

Any contract can be downloaded in Word, PDF or HTML format. Search results can also be downloaded in CSV format for excel. See the following video or the Download a Contract section for more details.

Saving Bookmarking​

Any contract, clause, defined term or search can be saved for easy access later. See the following video or the Bookmarking section for more details.

Running Redlines​

Any two contracts can be compared by running a legal redlines, allowing you to track and analyze differences between documents. See the following video or the Redline Comparisons section for more details.

Saving Highlights​

Any text in a contract can be highlighted and saved for easy access later. Shareable links to specific text in a contract can also be created. See the following video or the Highlights section for more details.
