Overview

Rulation's bookmarking system is designed to keep your favorite documents organized and accessible.

Bookmarking Capabilities: Users can bookmark a number of items.

• Contracts, clauses, defined terms can be bookmarked to quickly access them later.
• Search Queries can also be bookmarked to quickly access a specific search (for example, a search with a series of filters applied).

Organization: Bookmarks are sorted by type. Custom folders can also be created for personalized organization.

Bookmark Management: Users can add and rename folders, move bookmarks between them, and delete folders as needed.

Premium Feature

Bookmarking is a premium feature available only to subscribers.

Accessing Bookmarks

1. Ensure you are logged in to your account.

2. Click on the Account Dropdown Menu

   

3. Then select Bookmarks

   

4. The bookmark tabs allow you to navigate between your different bookmark categories: Contracts, Clauses, Defined Terms and Saved Searches.
