Sales Tax ID & Exemption

You must follow the below steps including emailing your tax ID in Step 7 below.

Canadian customers who are businesses and provide a valid GST/HST ID can have GST/HST removed from their invoice by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your account at rulation.com/login.

  2. Click on the Account Dropdown Menu.

  3. Click on Account Settings in the menu in the top right corner of the screen.

  4. Select View & Manage Subscription.

  5. You will be redirected to billing.rulation.com. Click on Update Billing Information.

  6. In the dropdown menu, select CA GST/HST then enter your GST/HST ID and click on Save.

  7. Once you have saved your GST/HST ID, please email tax@rulation.com with a copy of your GST/HST number in order for us to process the exemption.
