Definition Information
"Recall Expenses" means the costs and expenses resulting from: (i) notification of customers and destruction or return of the Products subject to the Recall, and (ii) any corrective action taken by each Party, but excludes any indirect or consequential costs (including loss of profits, business revenues, business interruption and the like).
