Definition Information
"Designated Account" means the Deposit Account of the Lead Borrower identified on Schedule III to this Agreement (or such other Deposit Account of Lead Borrower located at Designated Account Bank that has been designated as such, in writing, by Borrowers to Administrative Agent).
