Without Cause. Employee's Employment is "At Will". The Company may terminate Employee's employment at any time with no notice and with or without cause, for any reason at all, or for no reason at all, with no further obligation for payment of wages, bonuses or other remuneration except payment of the compensation earned and owed up to the date of termination. Employee herein acknowledges that he fully understands the "At Will" status of the employment and agrees not to contest the at will status of the employment. .
