Waiver of objection to jurisdiction

Waiver of objection to jurisdiction. Each of the parties hereto irrevocably waives (and irrevocably agrees not to raise) any objection (on the grounds of forum non conveniens or otherwise) which it may now or hereafter have to the Arbitrator appointed or constituted for any arbitration commenced under Section 24 ( Dispute Resolution Procedures ) and to any court of competent jurisdiction in which proceedings may be brought in relation to or in support of such arbitration and further irrevocably agrees that a judgment or order of any such court or an award of such Arbitrator shall be conclusive and binding upon it and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.
