Clause Information
The Facility. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Loan Agreement, the Lender agrees to make available to the Borrower a US dollar term loan facility (the " Facility ") in an aggregate amount up to US$80,000,000 (the " Maximum Principal "), consisting of (i) an aggregate amount of up to US$50,000,000 (the " Committed Principal ") and (ii) an aggregate amount of up to US$30,000,000 (the " Discretionary Principal "). For the avoidance of doubt, the interests capitalised in accordance with Section 7 ( Capitalisation of Interest ) shall be added to the outstanding principal amounts of the Loans and shall be in addition to and shall not be counted against the Committed Principal, the Discretionary Principal, or the Maximum Principal.
