Clause Information
Successors and Assigns. This Agreement shall become effective when executed by the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and each Lender and after that time shall be binding upon and enure to the benefit of the Borrower, any other Borrowers, the Administrative Agent, the Lenders and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
