Successors and Assigns. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of the successors and permitted assigns of Borrower, Baker, New Lender and the Existing Creditors, and shall be binding upon the successors and permitted assigns of Borrower, Baker, New Lender, and the Existing Creditors.
