Clause Information
Submission to jurisdiction. Each of the parties hereto irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of the Arbitrator (as defined in the Strategic Alliance Agreement) appointed or constituted for any arbitration commenced under Section 24 ( Dispute Resolution Procedures ) and of any court of competent jurisdiction in which proceedings may be brought in relation to or in support of such arbitration.
