Solicitation of Employees. Executive shall not during the term of Executive's employment and for a period of twelve (12) months following Executive's termination of employment, use Company trade secrets, confidential, or proprietary information to directly or indirectly, solicit or encourage to leave the employment of the Company or any of its subsidiaries, any employee of the Company or any of its subsidiaries.
