Clause Information
Severability. If any Section, Subsection, Clause, Subclause, term or provision hereof or the application thereof to any circumstance or any right hereunder shall, in any jurisdiction and to any extent, be invalid or unenforceable, such Section, Subsection, Clause, Subclause, term or provision or such right shall be ineffective only as to such jurisdiction and to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability in such jurisdiction without invalidating or rendering unenforceable or ineffective the remaining Sections, Subsections, Clauses, Subclauses, terms and provisions hereof or rights hereunder in such jurisdiction or the application of such Section, Subsection, Clause, Subclause, term or provision or rights hereunder in any other jurisdiction or to circumstances other than those as to which it is specifically held invalid or unenforceable.
