Rollovers and Conversions not Repayments. Any amount converted shall be a Loan of the type converted to upon such Conversion taking place, and any amount rolled over shall continue to be the same type of Loan under the same Credit Facility as before the Rollover, but such Conversion or Rollover (to the extent of the amount converted or rolled over) shall not of itself constitute a repayment or a fresh utilization of any part of the amount available under the relevant Credit Facility.
