Remedies

Remedies. If Employee does not comply with the terms of this Agreement or revokes his/her execution of this Agreement, EQT, in addition to any other remedies it may have (whether under applicable law, the Plan or otherwise), shall be entitled to cease payment of the payments contemplated by Section 3 of this Agreement to the extent not previously paid or provided. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, in the event of Employee's actual or threatened breach of any Agreement Condition set forth in this Agreement or the Plan, EQT shall be entitled to injunctive relief (including temporary restraining orders, preliminary injunctions and permanent injunctions), without posting a bond, in any court of competent jurisdiction. Employee understands that by entering into this Agreement Employee will be limiting the availability of certain remedies that Employee may have against the Releasees and limiting also his/her ability to pursue certain claims against the Releasees.
