Real Property and Leases. The Credit Parties have good, valid, marketable and legal title to all of the Real Property owned by them, free and clear of all Liens, encumbrances, or adverse claims other than Permitted Liens and free and clear of all impediments to the use of such properties in Credit Parties' business. Schedule 7.17 sets forth a correct and complete list of all Real Property owned by the Credit Parties, all leases and subleases of Real Property on which a Credit Party is lessee or sublessee, and all leases or subleases of Real Property on which a Credit Party is lessor or sublessor, each as of the most recent Reporting Date. Each Credit Party enjoys peaceful and undisturbed possession under all leases listed in Schedule 7.17 and each such lease is valid and enforceable in accordance with its terms and is in full force and effect, and no default by any party to any such lease exists. Credit Parties shall update Schedule 7.17 on the last Business Day of any month in which (and to the extent) there are any changes thereto.
