Clause Information
Purchased Assets to be Purchased and Sold. Subject to Section 2.2, Buchans and the Seller agree that the Seller shall sell, assign and transfer the Purchased Assets to the Buyer and the Buyer agrees to purchase the Purchased Assets from the Seller on the Closing Date and with effect as of the Effective Time.
