Process agent. Each Obligor hereto irrevocably appoints [name redacted] (the " Process Agent "), having a principal place of business in London as the authorised representative for the acceptance of service of process and notices on behalf of the Obligor to be served on the Obligor in London. Service of process upon an Obligor by service upon the Process Agent in its capacity as agent for the service of process for the Obligor shall be deemed, for all purposes, to be due and effective service. Nothing in this Loan Agreement shall affect the right to serve process in any other manner permitted by law. Nothing in this Loan Agreement shall affect the right to serve process in any other manner permitted by the Lender.
