Procedures for Indemnification - Direct Claims. A claim for indemnification for any matter not involving a Third Party Claim must be asserted by notice (setting out in reasonable detail the factual basis for the claim and the amount of potential Damages arising from it) to the Party from whom indemnification is sought within the periods specified in Section 9.7 of this Agreement and will be subject, at all times, to the provisions of Sections 9.6 and 9.8 mutatis mutandis.
