Payment for Gold Deliveries. Payment by the Purchaser for Delivery of Refined Gold shall be made (A) no later than five (5) Business Days after the later of (i) receipt of the invoice referenced in Section 2.3 and (ii) receipt of the Refined Gold in the Purchaser's metal account, and (B) to a bank account of the Seller designated in accordance with Section 12.1.
