Obligations Not Exhaustive. Each AMG Shareholder acknowledges that the obligations contained in this Article are not in substitution for any obligations which the AMG Shareholder may now or hereafter owe to the Company or any Shareholder and which exist apart from this Article and do not replace any rights of the Company or any Shareholder with respect to any such obligation.
