Clause Information
Novation. The non-exercise, by the Parties, of any of the rights or prerogatives provided for in this Agreement, or even in the applicable legislation, as well as any partial negotiation, will be considered as an act of mere liberality, not constituting an alteration or novation of the obligations established herein, the fulfillment of which may be required at any time.
