Monetary References. Whenever any amounts of money are referred to herein, such amounts shall be deemed to be in lawful money of United States unless otherwise expressed. Canadian Dollar equivalents of U.S. Dollars on any day shall be determined with reference to the foreign exchange ratio then in effect as of the end of such trading day, as reported on Bloomberg, and with respect to any period during which a volume weighted average is calculated, such volume weighted average shall be calculated by further weighting each trading day's activity by the foreign exchange ratio then in effect as of the end of such trading day, as reported on Bloomberg.
