Monetary References. Unless otherwise specified herein, all references in this Ninth Supplemental Indenture to "Dollars", "dollars" or the "$" sign shall be deemed to be a reference to the lawful money of Canada, and all references to "U.S. Dollars", "U.S. dollars" or "US$" shall be deemed to be a reference to the lawful money of the United States.
