Monetary References. Whenever any amounts of money are referred to herein, such amounts shall be deemed to be in lawful money of Canada unless otherwise expressed and all payments to be made hereunder shall be made in Canadian dollars, other than with respect to payments made to the Company, which shall be made in accordance with the Release Notice.
