Monetary References. Any reference in this Agreement to "Dollars", "dollars" or the sign "$" shall be deemed to be a reference to lawful money of the United States of America, unless expressly provided otherwise. Any amounts to be advanced, paid, prepaid, or repaid shall be made in lawful money of the United States of America.
