Clause Information
Minimum Drawdowns. (1) Each Drawdown under the Syndicated Facility of the following types of Loans shall be in the following amounts indicated:
(a) CORRA Loans in minimum principal amounts of and Drawdowns in excess thereof in integral multiples of ;
(b) SOFR Loans in minimum principal amounts of and Drawdowns in excess thereof in integral multiples of ;
(c) Canadian Prime Rate Loans in minimum principal amounts of and Drawdowns in excess thereof in integral multiples of ; and
(d) U.S. Base Rate Loans in minimum principal amounts of and Drawdowns in excess thereof in integral multiples of.
(2) Each Drawdown under the Operating Facility of the following types of Loans shall be in the following amounts indicated:
(a) CORRA Loans in minimum principal amounts of and Drawdowns in excess thereof in integral multiples of ; and
(b) SOFR Loans in minimum principal amounts of and Drawdowns in excess thereof in integral multiples of.
