Clause Information
Mandatory Repayment of Credit Facilities. Subject to Section 11.2 and Article 8, the Borrower shall repay or pay, as the case may be, to the Agent, on behalf of the Lenders, all Loans and other Obligations outstanding under each Credit Facility on or before the Maturity Date applicable thereto.
