Lost Certificate. If the Warrant Certificate evidencing the Warrants issued hereby becomes stolen, lost, mutilated or destroyed the Corporation may, on such terms as it may in its discretion, acting reasonably, impose (including, but not limited to, requiring the Holder to furnish an indemnity and surety bond in an amount and form satisfactory to the Corporation, in its discretion), issue and countersign a new Warrant Certificate of like denomination, tenor and date as the Warrant Certificate so stolen, lost, mutilated or destroyed, and the Holder shall pay the reasonable charges of the Corporation in connection therewith.
