Lost Certificate. If the Compensation Option Certificate evidencing the Compensation Options issued hereby becomes stolen, lost, mutilated or destroyed, the Company may, on such terms as it may in its discretion, acting reasonably, impose, issue and countersign a new Compensation Option Certificate of like denomination, tenor and date as the Compensation Option Certificate so stolen, lost, mutilated or destroyed.
