Clause Information
Limited Recourse. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any other Transaction Document or otherwise, the liability of the Guarantors to the Noteholders and any other Secured Parties under or in relation to this Agreement or any other Transaction Document or otherwise, is limited in recourse to the Collateral. The proceeds of the Collateral having been applied in accordance with the terms hereof, none of the Noteholders or any other Secured Parties shall be entitled to take any further steps against any Guarantor to recover any sums due but still unpaid hereunder, under the Notes or under any of the other agreements or documents described in this Section 6.3, all claims in respect of which shall be extinguished.
