Limited Recourse. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, the obligations and Liabilities of the parties hereunder will be without recourse to any stockholder of such party or any of such stockholder's affiliates (other than such party), or any of their respective Representatives or agents (in each case, in their capacity as such).
