Lenders' and Agent's Obligations with Respect to Loans. Each Lender shall, for same day value by no later than 10:00 a.m. (Calgary time) on the Drawdown Date specified by the Borrower in a Drawdown Notice with respect to a Canadian Prime Rate Loan, a U.S. Base Rate Loan, CORRA Loan or a SOFR Loan, credit the Agent's Account specified in the Agent's notice given under Section 2.10 with such Lender's Rateable Portion of each such requested Loan and for same day value on the same date the Agent shall pay to the Borrower the full amount of the amounts so credited in accordance with any payment instructions set forth in the applicable Drawdown Notice.
