Leases

Leases. All right, title and interest of Seller, as landlord, in and to the leases of space in the Improvements, including but not limited to, all unexpired leases, subleases, office or retail rental agreements, license agreements, parking agreements, other occupancy agreements, and any other agreements for the use, possession, or occupancy of any portions of the Property (including, without limitation, signage rights), including, without limitation, any security deposits and tenant guaranties delivered in connection with any of the foregoing, together with any and all amendments, modifications and/or supplements thereto (collectively, the "Leases"), a schedule of which is attached hereto as Schedule 1.4 (the "Lease Schedule");
