Clause Information
EXECUTION OF NOTES. At least one (1) duly authorized Officer will sign the Notes on behalf of the Company by manual or facsimile signature. A Note's validity will not be affected by the failure of any Officer whose signature is on any Note to hold, at any time after the time at which such Note is executed, the same or any other office at the Company.
