Exceptions to Demand Registration. (a) The Corporation shall not be required to effect more than three (3) Demand Registrations in any twelve (12)-month period, or to effect a Demand Registration within ninety (90) days following the closing of any other Demand Registration. (b) The Corporation shall not be required to effect a Demand Registration unless the aggregate value of the securities to be qualified exceeds twenty million Canadian dollars (CAD$20,000,000).
