Clause Information
Costs. Except as contemplated herein, each Party covenants and agrees to bear its own fees, costs and expenses in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the Arrangement. For greater certainty, TransAlta and Renewables shall pay one-half of the applicable filing fee for any filing fee associated with obtaining the AUC Approval.
