Construction. (1) The terms " this Warrant Indenture ", " this Indenture ", " hereto ", " herein ", " hereby ", " hereof " and similar expressions mean and refer to thiswarrant indenture and any indenture, deed or instrument supplemental hereto. (2) The expressions " Article ", " Section ", " subsection " and " paragraph " followed by a number, letter or both mean and refer to the specified article, section, subsection or paragraph of this Indenture. (3) The division of this Indenture into Articles and Sections, the provision of a Table of Contents and the insertion of headings are for convenience of re ference only and shall not affect the construction or interpretation of this Indenture or of the Warrants.
