ARTICLE 3 GENERAL 3.1 Effectiveness. This Amending Agreement shall become effective when executed and delivered by the Parties. Except as specifically stated herein, the Investment Agreement shall continue in full force and effect as amended hereby. As of the date hereof, any reference to the Investment Agreement shall refer to the Investment Agreement as amended hereby.
