ARBITRATION. 18.1 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Contract (including any dispute regarding its existence, validity or termination, or any non-contractual obligation arising out of or in connection with this Contract) shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Rules of the London Court of International Arbitration prevailing at the time of commencement of any claim. The tribunal shall consist of three arbitrators, one to be nominated by Buyer, one by Seller and the third by the two so appointed. The seat of the arbitration shall be London, England and the language shall be English. The arbitrators shall have experience of trading matters.
