Clause Information
Arbitration. If a dispute arises out of this Agreement, the parties agree to submit such dispute to arbitration be an expert arbitrator with at least 10 years good standing under the seat of the Governing Law and with experience in the subject matter of the dispute. Any decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and all costs incurred in relation to the arbitrator must be paid by the parties as determined by the arbitrator.
