Clause Information
Arbitration. Any claim, controversy or dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement that is not settled informally will, except as described below, be settled by final and binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, pursuant to the Arbitration Act (Ontario). Arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English. This Agreement to arbitrate will continue in effect after this Agreement terminates.
