Clause Information
Arbitration. Any controversy between the parties hereto involving any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be finally settled by arbitration in New York County, New York, in accordance with the then current Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrators may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
