Clause Information
Arbitration. Any dispute or controversy arising out of or relating to any interpretation, construction, performance or breach of the Agreement or the Confidential Information Agreement, will be settled by arbitration pursuant to the arbitration provisions set forth in the Confidential Information Agreement.
