Clause Information
Arbitration. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with or relating to this Agreement or any breach or
alleged breach hereof shall be submitted to, and determined and settled by, arbitration in Dallas County, Texas, pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment upon any such arbitration award rendered may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
