Clause Information
Alterations. Sun-Ex may, in its sole discretion, make alterations, additions or improvements that affect the Project or the Solar Cells. Any such Sun- Ex work that is conducted must be completed in a good and workmanlike manner and must not diminish the value, utility, remaining useful life or estimated residual value of the Solar Cells.
