Acknowledgment of Other Transfer Rights under A&R MSA. The Parties acknowledge that upon the termination or expiration of the A&R MSA, the Province also has the rights provided under Sections 19.07, 19.08(a), 19.08(b), 19.08(e), 19.08(f), and 19.08(g) of the A&R MSA.
