Clause Information
Acknowledgement. Subject to the terms of the A&R MSA, the Parties acknowledge and agree that ISC may use the assets and resources of SaskSub to support Non-Registry and Non-Program Services, provided that the use of such assets does not negatively impact SaskSub's ability to provide the Services under the A&R MSA.
